Job summary

Foley is seeking a Customer Success Manager to strategically advise a portfolio of Foley’s largest mid-market customers. You’ll drive adoption, ensure renewals, and identify expansion opportunities to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with customer goals.

In a fully remote environment, you’ll monitor health metrics, manage executive reviews, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to strengthen the customer experience and scale Foley’s success organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success for SaaS, mid-market focus.
• Proven ability to drive retention and hit NRR targets.
• Strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation.
• Experience collaborating in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Drive adoption of Foley.io solutions to achieve measurable ROI.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and mitigate churn.
• Partner with Sales to pursue expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other teams to feed feedback and influence roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally in a fully remote environment.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning.
• Contribute to special projects to improve processes, tooling, and CX.
• Use Planhat to manage account health and track success metrics.
