Job summary

Foley is seeking a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing remote team responsible for retention, expansion, and maximizing net revenue retention. You will shape how the team operates, implement agentic workflows, and drive proactive outreach.

The role demands strong leadership to scale the CS function, build dashboards, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership, including leading teams of 6–10+ CSMs.
• Proven track record of driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving NRR and GRR goals.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of ~8 CSMs serving 800+ mid-market customers with $16MM in revenue.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to hit NRR and GRR targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing to improve customer outcomes.
