Job summary

Foley seeks a Customer Success Manager to strategically guide a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will drive adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities while leading executive reviews and cross-functional initiatives in a fully remote environment.

You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, monitor health metrics, and leverage Planhat to deliver measurable business outcomes and improved customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to drive retention and reduce churn.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with remote team collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI tools for customer success.
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of Foley.io solutions to achieve measurable ROI.
• Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and mitigate churn.
• Partner with Sales to identify and execute on expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and internal teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally in a fully remote environment.
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning for high-value customers.
• Contribute to special projects to improve processes, tooling, and customer experience.
• Leverage Planhat to manage account health and track success metrics.
