Foley is seeking a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success to lead a growing remote team responsible for retention, expansion, and net revenue outcomes. You will drive a culture of accountability, coach CSMs, and partner across Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable value for 800+ mid-market customers.

This role emphasizes scaling CS operations, implementing agentic workflows, and leveraging Planhat and AI tools to optimize health signals and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 6–10+ Customer Success Managers.
• Strong people management and hiring/building high-performing teams.
• Experience driving retention, reducing churn, and achieving NRR/GRR goals.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of ~8 CSMs serving 800+ mid-market customers, representing $16MM in revenue.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top CS talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to achieve NRR, GRR, and churn targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Collaborate in a fully remote environment with clear communication across teams.
• Provide leadership on special projects and operational improvements to scale CS.
• Lead team meetings, performance management, and coaching for results.
• Utilize Planhat to monitor customer health, identify risks/opportunities, and data-driven decisions.
• Build/refine workflows within Planhat for agentic workflows and proactive outreach.
