Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Mid Developer (CMS) to design, develop, and sustain a secure enterprise Case Management System for DoD stakeholders. The role emphasizes scalable features, workflow automation, and compliant data handling across IL2-IL5 in AWS GovCloud.

The candidate will work with analysts and engineers in an Agile setting, implementing user stories, conducting code reviews, and delivering production-quality software with a strong emphasis on DoD cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full-stack or enterprise software development experience.
• Experience with federal or defense systems and Agile CI/CD delivery.
• Knowledge of DoD RMF and DISA STIG compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMS components ensuring secure data flow and workflow automation across systems.
• Implement microservices and API integrations connecting UIs, dashboards, and backend services.
• Build secure, modular software within AWS GovCloud environments.
• Collaborate with architects, UI/UX, and testers to refine stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in DevSecOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
