Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation seeks a Front-End Developer to enhance UI, ensure accessibility compliance, apply formatting updates, and perform content-driven code changes within a large federal and DoD-aligned environment. You will work with designers, content managers, UX specialists, and backend engineers to deliver responsive, standards-compliant front-end code.

This role is fully remote and requires 5+ years in front-end development, strong HTML5/CSS3/JS, Git, and familiarity with CMS or design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, web development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience.
• Experience with 508/WCAG accessibility compliance.
• Experience collaborating with UX, design, and content teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement UI updates and CSS adjustments to improve user experience and consistency.
• Apply accessibility fixes (508/WCAG) including semantic markup, alt-text, keyboard navigation, and structural updates.
• Support content-driven code changes including template adjustments and layout updates.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and content teams to translate requirements into responsive front-end code.
• Conduct cross-browser testing and troubleshoot rendering issues.
• Optimize page performance and asset delivery.
• Maintain reusable front-end components and support design system implementation.
• Perform code reviews and follow secure coding, documentation, and version control practices.
• Validate changes in development, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure updates follow brand, content, and accessibility guidelines.
