Job summary
Blu Omega LLC is seeking a Microsoft Developer to support a federal program focused on technology modernization. This remote role focuses on building workflow-driven solutions using Power Apps and SharePoint, with the ability to work independently within an Agile team.
You will collaborate with a Technical Lead to assess requirements, participate in sprint ceremonies, and assist with governance, migrations using ShareGate, and automation initiatives. U.S.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of Microsoft development experience.
- Hands-on Power Apps and SharePoint development.
- Proven experience building workflow-based applications and automations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a Technical Lead.
- Experience within an Agile development environment.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to complete the government clearance process.
- Familiarity with ShareGate and SharePoint governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.
- Design and implement workflows supporting business and program needs.
- Support an established backlog of user stories within an Agile team.
- Collaborate with a Technical Lead to evaluate requirements and determine technical architecture.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Support SharePoint governance and migration activities involving ShareGate.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and delivery efficiency.
