Job summary

MDW Associates is seeking a Power Apps Software Developer to support NASA's enterprise Power Platform, focused on designing, building, and optimizing secure, scalable applications in a fully remote role. You will work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI, collaborating with stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the full Power Platform stack, governance, ALM, and data modeling, and can obtain a NASA Public Trust

Qualifications

Hands-on Power Platform development experience in enterprise environments.
Experience delivering governance and security-aware solutions.
Strong Power BI modeling and data integration skills (DAX, Power Query, RLS).

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize Power Apps solutions (canvas & model-driven).
Develop data models, ALM pipelines, and environment strategies.
Translate requirements into technical specs, PDDs, and JIRA work items.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs and manage delivery timelines.
Ensure secure integration patterns and NEAS governance compliance.
