GovCIO is seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune Systems Administrator to manage a multi‑platform endpoint ecosystem for a HUD contract. You will design, deploy, and maintain zero‑touch enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance policies across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.

The role requires hands‑on UEM expertise, ABM integration, Windows Autopilot, and cloud‑first security baselines. This fully remote position within the United States offers opportunities to modernize endpoint

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in system administration.
• 12+ years of system administration; 3–5+ years in Enterprise Endpoint Management with 2+ years in Intune.
• Experience integrating ABM with Intune, VPP, and FileVault; JAMF knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain zero-touch onboarding for Windows Autopilot and ABM-based enrollment.
• Define Windows/macOS/mobile device configurations and MDM payloads; manage scripts.
• Package and deploy apps across Win32, macOS, iOS; maintain patching workflows.
• Implement CA policies, MAM/Policy, and Defender integration; manage BitLocker/FileVault.
• Provide Tier 3 support; monitor health, compliance, and risk; produce docs.
