Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Administrator for a fully remote role in the U.S. to own administration, governance, and operations of the Fabric environment.

The position emphasizes security, performance, and user enablement rather than building data pipelines. The role requires managing access, monitoring health, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a stable, secure analytics platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fabric and/or Power BI administration experience.
• Experience administering enterprise Fabric environments.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Azure AD.
• Experience managing user access and security controls.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Fabric platform including capacities and security.
• Manage user access, permissions, and governance policies.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption.
• Troubleshoot Fabric and Power BI related issues.
• Support onboarding and user enablement.
• Maintain platform docs and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a secure, scalable environment.
• Assist with capacity management and escalation handling.
