Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Administrator to manage and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and the Power Platform.

You will provide administrative and support assistance for tenant-level issues, Exchange Online (including hybrid), email security integrations, and support for IIS-hosted or custom applications, with a remote-first arrangement.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Proficiency in providing administrative support for the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
Knowledge of Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange, and email security integrations.

Responsibilities

Provide support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 apps, and tenant-level issues.
Admin support for Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio.
Support Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange including shared mailboxes and mail flow.
Troubleshoot collaboration services and integrations.
Assist with IIS-hosted or custom apps support and maintenance.
