Job summary

Inviso Corporation in the United States seeks a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to design and implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions. This hands-on, client-facing role translates business requirements into technical outcomes and drives projects with minimal oversight.

You will lead 365 implementations/migrations, deploy Zero Trust–aligned architectures, manage Entra ID and Defender/Purview governance, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and governance teams.

Qualifications

6+ years of Microsoft 365 consulting, professional services, or MSP delivery.
Expertise in M365 architecture, security, compliance, and automation.
Strong written communication for client updates and emails.
Experience presenting to clients and guiding discussions.

Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and modernization.
Serve as client-facing technical lead; run sessions and summarize details.
Draft client communications with appropriate detail level.
Design and deploy secure M365 architectures (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Purview).
Design, deploy, and support Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365; Nerdio managed estates.
Automate with PowerShell/Power Automate; govern SharePoint solutions.
Manage identity controls and M365 governance; monitor via admin centers.
Integrate M365 with cloud/on-prem, track work in Azure DevOps.
Keep environments secure/compliant; document architectures/procedures.
Respond to incidents and support requests; identify service improvements.
