Job summary

Inviso Corporation in Canada is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to design and implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, lead client conversations, and drive projects with minimal supervision.

You will work in an MSP/consulting setting, delivering Zero Trust–aligned architecture across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, and Purview, plus Azure and Windows 365 environments.

Qualifications

6+ years in Microsoft 365 consulting, professional services or MSP delivery.
Strong expertise in M365 security, compliance, and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication for client updates.

Responsibilities

Lead Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, and modernization efforts.
Serve as the client-facing technical lead: run working sessions and translate details for clients.
Draft clear customer communications — status updates and recommendations.
Assess environments and design secure, Zero Trust–aligned M365 architectures.
Design, deploy, and support Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365.
Automate with PowerShell and Power Automate; govern SharePoint solutions.
Manage identity and access controls and M365 governance frameworks.
Monitor and administer M365 using security and admin centers.
Partner with security/infrastructure teams to integrate M365 with other systems.
Maintain work items in Azure DevOps or similar tracking systems.
Ensure environments remain secure, compliant, and well-documented.
Respond to incidents and support requests.
Identify opportunities to adopt new services and improve productivity.
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities.
