Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a Microelectronics Program Manager to lead technical execution for global semiconductor, advanced packaging, solar manufacturing, and data center projects. This remote role focuses on engineering integration, startup readiness, and disciplined delivery across global teams with strict schedules and cost targets.

The successful candidate will possess deep experience in UPW, WWT, reclaim, thermal systems, and ZLD, coordinating across disciplines to ensure operational readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline) required.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and execution capability across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution strategy and program alignment for microelectronics utility infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, automation, and construction.
• Support engineering coordination between process, mechanical, electrical, automation, controls, and construction disciplines.
• Participate in design reviews, operability reviews, and risk assessments.
• Interface with customers and matrix organizations to deliver scalable execution methodologies.
