Job summary

Aquatech seeks a Microelectronics Project Manager to lead technical execution for global semiconductor and data center projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across process utilities, ZLD systems, and startup activities, ensuring delivery within scope and performance targets.

This role emphasizes engineering integration, startup readiness, and customer-facing leadership in a matrix organization, with opportunities to work on UPW, WWT, and other critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum 10 years in industrial projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting in matrix organizations.
• Experience with semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution strategy and ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams.
• Serve as customer-facing technical leader to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Drive risk mitigation, design reviews, and constructability assessments.
• Support startup, qualification, and operational turnover activities.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, automation, controls, and construction disciplines.
