Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a Michigan-licensed Attorney for a remote role based in Michigan. You will handle foreclosure matters, perform detailed document review, and draft/serve filings while coordinating with opposing counsel.

The position emphasizes independence, accuracy, and timely work in a fast-paced environment. Admission to the Michigan State Bar is required; federal/bankruptcy admissions are a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and bar membership in Michigan.
• Foreclosure and litigation experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic case management and client systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of foreclosure, including contested actions.
• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents, financials and letters.
• Draft and review pleadings, documents, and correspondence to initiate and maintain foreclosures.
• Research applicable statutes, case law and regulatory requirements; perform legal writing.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Maintain client systems with findings, documentation and recommendations; meet deadlines.
