Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm seeking a North Carolina licensed attorney with real property/foreclosure experience to work remotely. This Associate Attorney role offers opportunities to learn across practice areas and advance with performance.

The candidate must be able to work independently, possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar. Prior foreclosure experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and NC Bar membership are required.
• Experience in real property law or foreclosure is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-management and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of foreclosure and real estate litigation.
• Review conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents and demand letters.
• Perform comprehensive title reviews and correct title defects.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence to initiate and maintain foreclosure actions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of statutes, case law, regulatory and servicing requirements.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Maintain internal client systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related rules.
