Job summary

Captives is seeking a Program Operations & Compliance Specialist to lead operations and compliance efforts for its growing insurance MGA. The role focuses on building the operational infrastructure necessary to manage premium flows, policy issuance, and adherence to regulatory compliance across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in insurance operations, demonstrating strong financial acumen and leadership skills. This fully remote position offers a salary range of $100,000–$125,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and scale operational processes within an MGA.
• Experience with licensing strategies and multi-state regulatory obligations.
• Strong people leadership experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program operations for the MGA’s delegated authority book.
• Govern premium flows with oversight across various operations.
• Champion the firm's licensing strategy and ensure compliance.
