Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a Senior Underwriting Support Operations Analyst to back the MGA program launch and ongoing delegated authority operations in the U.S. This role involves collaboration with underwriting, brokers, carriers, and executives to build scalable processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in underwriting support or related fields, strong policy administration knowledge, and proven ability to design SOPs and dashboards for leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in underwriting support or related roles in U.S. carriers or MGAs.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration lifecycle and Lloyd's frameworks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with Lloyd's delegated authority audits and bordereaux.

Responsibilities

• MGA launch execution: support submission clearance, rating, quoting, binding, invoicing.
• Train and align underwriting assistants across units for consistency.
• Oversee data-entry providers and audit policy admin data for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Lloyd's reporting standards and state regs.
• Develop SOPs and provide workflow training on delegated authority.
• Prepare leadership dashboards and operational performance reports.
