Renegade Insurance is seeking a Managing General Agent (MGA) to lead and scale our insurance operations. You will oversee a team of on-site agents, drive production, and manage underwriting and daily operations.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of insurance sales experience, an active license, and a proven track record in leadership and growing a book of business. This on-site role offers strong commission potential and room to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license(s) required.
• Minimum 3+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Strong understanding of underwriting and agency operations.
• Proven sales performance and ability to hit/exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 5–10 on-site agents.
• Oversee sales performance, underwriting, and daily operations.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
• Build and manage a profitable book of business.
• Coach team members on sales strategies, compliance, and growth.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and accountability tracking.
• Drive a culture of professionalism, respect, and results.
