Job summary

GrowthAssistant, a fully remote digital media company, is seeking a Paid Social Ad Operations Specialist to build, QA, launch, and optimize Meta and TikTok campaigns from approved briefs and media plans. You will configure audiences, budgets, schedules, placements, assets, and tracking, monitor delivery and pacing, and prepare recurring reports with clear observations.

Bring 5+ years of paid social experience, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, strong English

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social experience with Meta and TikTok.
• Experience building, launching, monitoring, and updating campaigns.
• Understanding of objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, and metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficient in tracking links, UTMs, and pixels; escalate issues as needed.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to follow processes and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, launch, and update Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Configure audiences, budgets, schedules, placements, assets, and tracking.
• Manage recurring tasks like duplications, asset swaps, and variations.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, approvals, and performance; flag issues.
• Make approved budget updates and creative rotations.
• Pull data and prepare recurring performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain campaign trackers and QA documentation.
• Support other paid social platforms as needed.
