Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors.

We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects and running accountable campaigns with a performance-first mindset. The Opportunity is a hands-on strategist role owning client accounts from strategy through execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing conversations.
• Proven track record of driving campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Configure tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; troubleshoot issues.
