Job summary

Clients Blackbox in the United States is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly client calls, monitor performance, and translate data into clear recommendations for high-net-worth clients.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll drive retention and growth by optimizing campaigns, tracking metrics, and coordinating calendar integrations (Calendly, Zapier) to ensure smooth lead

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paid media experience focused on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while aiding retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the main contact for each.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking; manage budgets and testing.
• Monitor cost-per-appointment and adjust campaigns to improve results.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Coordinate Calendly integrations and Zapier automations to streamline workflows.
