Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience as a Performance Creative Strategist focused heavily on Meta Ads.
• Proven track record writing scripts and concepts for short-form video (Reels/UGC) and static graphics that drive direct-response conversions.
• Experience in high-volume creative testing environments, capable of managing asset pipelines and briefing video editors efficiently.
• Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, ad upload, ad copy execution, and metric tracking.
• Strong understanding of creative analytics: Hook Rates, Hold Rates, CTRs to diagnose performance.
• Organized workflow management: managing raw footage libraries, creator briefs, and editing queues.

Responsibilities

• Develop 60 ad creative concepts/variations weekly using modular testing frameworks.
• Brief video editors using our media library and coordinate with external UGC creators as needed.
• Upload and launch ad creatives inside Meta Ads Manager with proper naming, headlines, and primary text.
• Analyze Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPL to iteratively improve campaigns.
• Ensure ad messaging connects with landing pages and backend nurture flows.
• Lead expansion efforts into LinkedIn and Google as needed.
