Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own and optimize client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly client calls, and deliver clear performance insights to financial services clients.

You report to the Associate Director of Operations and will be accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, with a hands-on approach to tracking, integration, and optimization across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact for clients.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports 24 hours prior.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Set up tracking, pixels, calendars, and lead-routing workflows; troubleshoot issues.
