Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising and lead generation.

You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly calls, optimize campaigns, and translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients, while reporting to the Associate Director of Operations and ensuring client results and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing and campaign variables.
• Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, Calendly integrations, and lead routing workflows.
