Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive MES-focused initiatives across Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and IT. You will model and configure Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES, support Mendix-based apps, and translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, creating process maps, participating in UAT, and aiding training materials. Remote role with up to 25% travel; bachelor’s in a technical field and 2–5 years’

Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Siemens Opcenter/Camstar.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Experience creating process maps and basic system interaction diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and IT to support and enhance MES-based systems.
• Model and configure Camstar/Siemens Opcenter MES per standards.
• Support Mendix-based applications including requirements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Develop process flow charts and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
