Job summary

Dexcom Corporation, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a Digital Factory Software Systems Engineer to join the IT/OT team supporting manufacturing operations in R&D and production facilities.

You will design, develop, and maintain manufacturing software solutions, including MES integration, SCADA platforms, and SQL Server databases, while ensuring high system availability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience supporting manufacturing software systems (e.g., SCADA, LabVIEW, C#, database-driven apps).
• Familiarity with GMP, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day software development and technical support for manufacturing software systems (MES integration, SCADA, SQL Server).
• Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing software solutions including data pipelines and integrations.
• Develop system designs and architecture artifacts to support software development and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production software issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, IT, and Production to implement corrective actions.
