Reporting to Digital Ops & Industry 4.0 leadership, you will oversee a multi-site team of engineers and managers to drive model-based manufacturing and data-driven improvements.

The role requires extensive aerospace manufacturing leadership, proven ability to deliver strategic roadmaps, governance of CapEx/OpEx, and collaboration with site directors to realize ROI and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with extensive relevant experience.
• Minimum 12–14 years of experience in manufacturing/ops leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site aerospace programs.

Aufgaben

• Define, own, and execute the enterprise-wide roadmap for MB-DMI and MES across all manufacturing sites.
• Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for the digital manufacturing portfolio with clear ROI.
• Drive organizational change across plants by partnering with Site Directors and General Managers.
• Govern quality and regulatory oversight for automated production records and compliance.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional team of manufacturing experts, systems engineers, and project managers.
• Present technical and financial progress updates to executive leadership.
