Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology is seeking a highly motivated Functional Analyst to support MES solutions across the enterprise. The role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating MES functionality with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems, while ensuring alignment with business goals and governance.

You will troubleshoot integration issues, participate in the software development lifecycle, and coordinate with internal customers and external partners to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years experience for Bachelor's track or 5+ years with Advanced Degree.
• Experience with system testing, process mapping, and solution design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA for DevOps management.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality.
• Translate customer requirements into a solution design and specs.
• Troubleshoot business processes against system capabilities.
• Engage with DevOps solution management and manage resource follow-up.
