Job summary

GrayMatter is seeking an MES Engineer to join our team, focusing on configuring MES software/hardware for client needs and delivering robust solutions.

You will design, implement, and train users on new MES applications, participate in pilots and go-lives, and support the sales team with technical know-how while traveling as needed. This remote role offers strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years of MES experience (TrackSYS, Plant Applications, Sepasoft, Production Center).
• Experience with SQL development and REST API integration.
• Exposure to Velotic Proficy Plant Applications is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure GrayMatter software and hardware for client MES needs.
• Design and implement solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Train end users on new applications and capabilities.
• Assist in project development, planning, pilots, and go-lives.
• Provide technical support to sales and conduct demos.
