Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries.
• Good time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis on card transaction data using SQL, Python, VBA, or other tools.
• Create and execute daily and monthly charge-card installment reports.
• Screen daily errors and investigate discrepancies with partners.
• Limit charge-back rates through counter-measures and investigations.
• Provide charge-back analysis patterns to improve productivity.
• Identify strategies to reduce charge-back volume.
• Utilize dashboards to screen for anomalies and lead investigations.
• Recommend corrective actions and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
• Support data collection and quantify outcomes for the division.
• Apply analytical, data mining, and reporting techniques to present insights.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
