Job summary

Boulevard Labs, Inc. is seeking a Risk Analyst II to review merchant applications, monitor transactions for risk, and handle payments‑related escalations within our integrated payments platform.

You will assess KYC/AML, review flagged activity, collaborate with Onboarding and Support, and help enhance fraud detection tools. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 3–7 years in payments is desired. Fully remote role with competitive base pay in the US.

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in the payment industry, focusing on underwriting, monitoring, or fraud/risk management.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and familiarity with merchant processing platforms.
Knowledge of card brand rules and PCI compliance.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive merchant application reviews including KYC/AML.
Review flagged transactions and alerts; provide risk-based recommendations.
Assist in fraud detection and risk management tool development.
Assess merchant history to determine risk and processing limits.
Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Support, and external partners on payments matters.
