Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is hiring an Associate Merchandise Planner to support merchandise financial planning through sales analysis and category performance tracking. You will help inform decisions across seasonal and longer-term planning horizons while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize merchandise flow and achieve financial objectives.

This remote role is open to several US states, with occasional travel to Melville, NY for internal meetings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Merchandise or Demand Planning, Replenishment, Financial
• Strong numerical/analytical skills; retail math and forecasting basics

Responsibilities

• Create and manage pre-season and in-season financial plans for a product group
• Track financial performance against sales, GM, and inventory targets
• Reconcile and present financial plans using top-down and bottom-up approaches
• Participate in seasonal planning to maximize sales, in-stock, and inventory flow
• Collaborate with Category Managers on pre-season strategies to meet financial goals
• Prepare and present product and financial analyses for weekly and monthly meetings
