Job summary

Manière De Voir Ltd is seeking an Associate Merchandise Planner to support the planning team in building and executing merchandise strategies that drive sales, optimize inventory, and maximize profitability.

You will help place purchase orders, assist with sales and inventory analysis, and contribute to seasonal and in-season planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, production, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or buying support.
• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Update weekly reporting tools and dashboards for company-wide distribution.
• Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance and flag risks/opportunities.
• Place and maintain purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct size and style-level analysis to inform reorders and inventory management.
• Assist in allocation and replenishment strategies and pre-season planning by category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update weekly reporting tools and dashboards for company-wide distribution
• Monitor weekly sales and inventory performance and flag risks/opportunities
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
• Place and maintain purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy
• Perform size and style-level analysis to inform reorders and inventory management
• Assist in allocation and replenishment strategies (where applicable)Assist in building pre-season plans by category, style, and channel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, production, design, and marketing

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or buying support
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, or related field
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
