Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join its Lyra Care Therapist team. This full-time role involves delivering evidence-based treatment via live video, maintaining a diverse adult/adolescent caseload, and guiding clients with digital lessons between sessions from a remote US setting.

You will collaborate with peers, participate in regular consultations, and access expert support for complex cases, while working in a flexible, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the United States.
• Master’s degree from a clinical track.
• Experience delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Telehealth therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Computer and live video tools literacy.
• Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult/adolescent clients.
• Ability to work full-time (~40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video and maintain a diverse caseload.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions.
• Participate in one-on-one and peer group clinical consultations and quality assurance reviews; engage in training to enhance clinical skills.
• Access expert consultation and support for complex cases; work remotely within the US.
