Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and lead support groups for specific populations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians for integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies.
