Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote therapy to adults (18+) using evidence-based modalities. The role offers flexible EST hours with a 7–20 session weekly caseload and 8–24 total weekly hours dedicated to direct client care.

You must be independently licensed in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD) and willing to become licensed in other states; we cover licensure costs.

Qualifications

• Licensed MA clinicians in LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD.
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states; costs covered.
• 2+ years of adult therapy (18+) with teletherapy experience.
• Proficient with PHQ-9 and standard assessments.
• Familiar with EMR/EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours weekly availability (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–9:00 pm EST).
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins during the first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Complete all documentation, signed and locked in EMR within 48 hours of contact.
