Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians in Massachusetts to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). Sessions will use therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI. You will maintain a caseload of 7–20 weekly sessions and 8–24 total hours of availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 9:00 p.m. EST. We support licensing in other states with coverage of costs, offer W-2 employment with benefits, and provide tools to document care in EMR within 48 hours of

Competenze

• Licensed independently in Massachusetts as LICSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; cost covered.

Mansioni

• Deliver remote therapy to adults (18+) using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST.
• Complete documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
