Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking an independently licensed clinician to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). You will use modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT and MI while maintaining a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours of weekly availability.

We cover the cost of state licensure expansion, offer a wellness/professional development stipend, CE credits, and a robust benefits package with 401(k) and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or PhD/PsyD).
• Willing to become licensed in other states; company covers costs.
• 2+ years clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months teletherapy, proficient with PHQ-9, comfortable with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using CBT/DBT/ACT/MBCT/TLDP/IPT/EFT/MI.
• Maintain caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability (Mon–Fri, 8:00–21:00 EST/CST).
• Complete all documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
• Collaborate with other providers and refer clients when appropriate.
