CVS Health's Minute Clinic team is seeking licensed mental health therapists for a 20-40 hour/week, fully remote role supporting patients 13 and older. We require licensure in the U.S. and willingness to obtain additional state licensure.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Autonomy to build and grow Minute Clinic practice without payor contracting, credentialing, and billing burdens.
• Provide psychosocial support and education to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+.
• Access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support continuity of care.
