Job summary

CVS Health’s Minute Clinic is seeking licensed therapists for a 20-40 hour per week remote role serving patients 13 and older. Candidates must hold an active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in at least one state and be willing to obtain additional licensure as needed.

You will join a clinical care team, provide psychosocial support across platforms, and use evidence-based therapies while building a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current, active state license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning and short-term counseling skills with evidence-based methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial support to patients aged 13+ and families.
• Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches and treatment planning tools.
• Operate in a remote/teletherapy setup with clinical care team support.
• Participate in care coordination and maintain documentation in EHR.
