Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic is seeking licensed therapists to join a fully remote team serving patients 13 years and older. The role offers 20–40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling and remote delivery.

The ideal candidate holds an active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license and is willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed. Provide evidence-based psychosocial care, collaborate with a clinical care team, and support patients within a stable, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state license as one of: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.
• Experience providing therapy with evidence-based approaches (e.g., motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to patients aged 13+ via virtual sessions.
• Offer psychosocial support and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with a clinical care team to develop treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Deliver therapy with strong emphasis on ethical, confidential, and patient-centered care.
