Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic team offers a 20-40 hour/week fully remote position supporting patients 13+ years old. Ideal candidates are licensed LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT in one or more U.S. states and willing to obtain additional licensure.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active State License as LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT in one or more states.

• Deliver therapy via virtual platforms and maintain documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to coordinate care and treatment planning.
