MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team with flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities where available. Clinicians are W-2 employees, receive support, and maintain clinical independence. Part-time and full-time roles are available.

Compensation is production-based at 60% of the contracted payer rate per session, with biweekly pay. Earnings vary by caseload and payer mix.

Qualificações

• Applicants must be licensed in one or more states listed and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Licensure must be in Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina or South Carolina.
• Experience serving diverse populations and delivering evidence-based care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans; coordinate care as appropriate.
