Job summary

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to reflect the diverse communities we serve, welcoming licensed therapists for telehealth and in-person opportunities. Clinicians are employed as W-2 with operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles with flexible schedules, competitive production-based pay, and access to clients across many insurance plans.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be licensed in one or more of the states listed: Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina.
• Licensure must be in one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain all applicable licensure and professional requirements.
