Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for a remote role in Florida. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and maintain documentation while collaborating with a diverse team to expand access to care.

Requires a master's in behavioral sciences and licensure in progress; fully licensed clinicians preferred, with EHR experience (Valant) and Office 365. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 yearly.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution and licensure in process
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or on track to obtain licensure
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set stable professional boundaries with clients
• Timely documentation of services and other required forms
• Comfort with a diverse client base
• Fully licensed clinicians preferably credentialed with insurance panels
• Remote position requires fully licensed clinicians

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create/implement a treatment plan with ongoing documentation
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to expand access to care
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of at least 25 visits per week
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other meaningful duties as needed
