Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited university.
• Florida licensure in LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP or equivalent.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model professional boundaries with clients.
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Experience working with diverse client populations.
• Proficient with Office 365; Valant EHR experience a plus.
• Fully licensed clinicians preferred for insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/adjust treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access to care.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session-by-session documentation per guidelines.
• For full-time clinicians, maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical staff, and school personnel as needed.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive clinic environment.
