Affect is seeking a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist to provide remote individual psychotherapy to Illinois-licensed members via secure telehealth. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in our EMR with AI scribe support.

Qualifications

• Active and verifiable license LCSW/LCPC/LMFT in Illinois.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth.
• Person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our EMR system with AI-powered scribe support.
• Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a multidisciplinary environment.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations.
