Job summary

Riverside Behavioral Health Center in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Full-Time Remote Mental Health Counselor to deliver high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will assess needs, craft personalized treatment plans, and employ CBT, DBT, and SFBT in a fully remote outpatient setting.

Must hold NV licensure (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW) with at least two years of clinical experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist in NV (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW).
• At least two years of relevant mental health experience.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; able to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and determine clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using CBT/DBT/SFBT.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure client safety.
• Maintain confidential client records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
